What does LED light stand for?
LED’s full name is light-emitting diodes, LED lights are lamps made with LED technology,
and CIKI® can offer a wide range of models for your project.
As shown in the picture, the light board is made with AC-LED technology and can be lit by AC110V/230V.
How bright are LED lights compared to incandescent and halogen lights?
In order to facilitate understanding, we draw the LED light source and the conventional light source of comparison table for reference.
As shown: the energy savings of LED lights compared to other light sources is obvious, with the same brightness.
1. Compared with incandescent lamp, energy saving is more than 90%.
2. energy savings of more than 80% compared to halogen lamps.
3. Compared with CFL, energy saving is more than 40%.
Why do LED lights get dimmer with time?
One of the properties of LED lights is that a high temperature will lead to a reduction in power, which will further lead to a dimmer brightness. For example, when the lack of heat dissipation performance leads to poor temperature control, LED lights in the work of the project temperature is too high, will force the lamp to reduce the power to ensure the working life, but the power reduction will lead to LED brightness dim.
The ideal solution is to improve the thermal performance of the housing to control the temperature during the lighting process, thus maintaining the brightness of the lamp does not dim. Excellent LED lighting factory is necessary to have the ability to effectively control the lamp heat dissipation function.
Does the LED fixture support the addition of a dimmer?
CIKI® luminaires are not equipped with a dimming module. Dimming functions can be tailored to your needs.
Four industry-standard dimming modes are currently supported.
1. DALI
2. Triac
3.0/10V
4.DMX512
How efficient are the LED lights?
CIKI® factory-produced LED lamps have been tested in the factory lab with a luminous efficacy of 100 Lumens/W.
For example, a 10W LED lamp has a luminous efficacy of 1000 Lumens,
while a halogen lamp requires 40W to achieve the same efficacy as an LED lamp.
Some customers may ask us to customize a higher luminous efficacy, such as 130 Lumens/W and above, at a higher cost.
How LED lights are waterproof?
There are several parts of the outdoor LED lights that have to be waterproofed by passing through a waterproof rubber ring.
In different places of use, the waterproof requirements of the lamps will be different.
For example, in indoor environments, the waterproof rating is usually IP20, while in harsh outdoor environments,
the waterproof requirements are much higher. Usually IP65/IP66/IP68.
